Folia-N Nitrogen Foliar Fertiliser Use:
Folia-N is a stabilised foliar nitrogen fertiliser formulated for cereals, oilseeds, potatoes and field vegetable crops. It is designed to enhance yield, quality and Nutrient Use Efficiency by delivering highly bioavailable nitrogen directly through the leaf.
Folia-N contains nitrogen in amide form, supported by magnesium and sulphur, and can be used to substitute or complement conventional nitrogen top-dressings. It is particularly useful during periods of drought, where soil nitrogen uptake is restricted, or where nitrogen timing is critical.

When and where to use:
Folia-N should be applied as a foliar spray when there is enough crop canopy for good uptake. For best results, apply in the evening or early morning and avoid spraying when crops are stressed by very hot weather or drought.

Technical Information – Folia-N
Folia-N is a stabilised nitrogen foliar feed containing nitrogen in amide form. It is formulated with organic substances that provide high bioavailability and crop safety when applied correctly to a suitable crop canopy.
The product is designed to enhance yield, quality and Nutrient Use Efficiency in cereals, oilseeds, potatoes and field vegetable crops. Folia-N can be used to replace or reduce conventional nitrogen top-dressings at lower use rates where appropriate agronomic advice supports this approach.
Folia-N Nutrient Use Efficiency (NUE) is typically >95% when applied to a full crop canopy and can therefore replace standard top-dressings at much lower rates of use.

Application – Folia-N
General application guidance
- Apply as a foliar spray to a suitable crop canopy.
- For best uptake, apply in the evening or early morning.
- Do not spray when crops are stressed by very hot weather or drought.
- Shake the container well before opening and use.
- Ensure spray equipment is clean before adding product.
- Half-fill the spray tank with water.
- Begin agitation and add the required quantity of Folia-N.
- Rinse the container thoroughly and add the rinsing to the sprayer.
- Continue agitation until spraying is complete.
- Spray without delay once mixed.
- Do not leave the spray mix standing in the tank for long periods.
- Carry out a jar test before adding Folia-N to a new tank mix.
- Wash hands thoroughly after handling and before eating, drinking, smoking or using the toilet.
- Remove PPE after handling and wash gloves before removing.
