OPTIMOL FOLIAR MOLYBDENUM
OptiMol – High-Availability Foliar Molybdenum for Arable & Field Vegetable Crops
OptiMol Foliar Molybdenum Use:
OptiMol is a high-availability foliar molybdenum fertiliser developed to supplement a key micronutrient from the early stages of foliar growth and crop development.
Molybdenum is essential for nitrogen metabolism, protein synthesis and chlorophyll production. OptiMol is designed for use across arable and field vegetable crops, and is particularly useful where molybdenum demand is high or where deficiency can affect crop growth, quality and development
Key benefit:
Supports nitrogen metabolism and healthy crop development
OptiMol delivers a highly available source of foliar molybdenum, helping crops use nitrogen efficiently and supporting the biological processes needed for growth, protein formation and chlorophyll production. It is also used to help manage whiptail in cauliflowers.
Benefits:
- Provides a high-availability source of foliar molybdenum.
- Supports nitrogen metabolism within the plant.
- Helps support protein synthesis and chlorophyll production.
- Suitable from the early stages of foliar growth and crop development.
- Reduced-scorch formulation for crop safety.
- Economic to use at low application rates.
- Used to help control whiptail in cauliflowers.
- Often used in conjunction with OptiBore.
- Suitable for all arable and field vegetable crops.
When and where to use:
OptiMol should be applied as a foliar spray when there is sufficient leaf area to absorb the spray. It is suitable from the earliest stages of foliar growth and crop development.
For best nutrient uptake, apply in the early morning or evening. Avoid spraying when crops are stressed by very hot weather or drought.
Crops:
All arable and field vegetable crops, including brassicas and cauliflowers where molybdenum is required.
Pack Size:
10 L, 1000 L (IBC)
Technical Information – OptiMol
